Hilton Orrington/Evanston

Stayed a few times over the past 6 years. Love the location. With the elevator being down, we were still able to get down back-and-forth. Our last day there was an alarm for a fire notification but I feel the staff handled it well. Although the alarm message could’ve stopped once everything was clear, but it did keep going.

The Farmhouse is a great restaurant, but it's not always open. This is very close to the NU campus, which makes it very convenient. The gym is good.

This Historic Hotel that I have appreciated for 35 years is back on its game. It stalled out during Covid but glad to see that they are back to hard work, done with excuses, and stopped over-managing guests with signs everywhere and stickers all over the floor. Great location and I enjoyed this stay! Congrats to whomever righted this ship.

I loved the location and walkability to so many great places… restaurants, the campus, and the lake!

We had breakfast outside the hotel. The rooms and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower had great pressure. My daughter has medication that has to be refrigerated and she asked the front desk if the could put the ice blocks she uses in her travel bag. They couldn't have been nicer.
